Reflection: Hard work does pay off because you achieve something like a goal and you accomplished it. Hard work pays off also because it can be a dream and you work your hardest to achieve it, any dream you have either an easy one or a hard one work your hardest to achieve it. It makes a difference in you're life because in the future you can go back and think of all the accomplishments you've done for the past years.
